Delivery & Tracking
All orders are shipped with a premium service that includes full tracking and, for your security, requires a signature upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely. If you are rarely at home during standard delivery hours, we recommend having your order sent to an address where someone is available to sign for it, such as your place of work.
Duties & Taxes
We aim to provide a clear and straightforward checkout experience. For orders shipped to most major destinations, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and included in the final price you see at checkout. This means there will be no unexpected charges upon delivery. For a limited number of countries outside these major regions, local duties or taxes may be payable by the recipient, and this will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction with your Lucent Lagoon pieces is our priority. We hope you love your selection, but if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to welcome you to return items for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned merchandise must be in its original, as-new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and hygiene liners still attached. Please note that items purchased as part of a “Final Sale” promotion are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our online returns center. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. Once your return request is submitted and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to package and send your items back to us.
Processing Your Refund
Once your return has been delivered to our facility and inspected to ensure it meets the conditions above, your refund will be processed. You will receive a notification email once the refund has been issued. The payment method used for your original purchase will be credited. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Currently, we are unable to process direct online exchanges for a different size or color. If you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient way is to follow the return process for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on lucentlagoon.com. This ensures you secure your preferred piece as quickly as possible.
